Went and filed an order of execution, still he is exempt from paying me back. He works at Fort Bragg, can I get his wages garnished?

Small Claims judgements aren't really worth anything if the loser can hide his assets. You can't make a claim against future earnings unless he borrowed money against future earnings (like on a credit app).

wage garnishment has to be granted by a judge. you can put liens on his property to prevent it being sold without your judgemnt being satisfied but it also requires a court order. to get either is not easy, and can be expensive.
