I got pulled over by a cop with a junior license comming home from work tonight. He gave me a warning and did not ticket me. I am 16 and will be turning 17 in 2 months. In New York, you are elegable for a senior license at 17 if you have taken driver's ed. I am eligeable to get my senior license because I have taken driver's ed.

My question is am I still able to get my senior license? I didn't get a ticket so I think I am.

Just wondering.

My father died almost a year ago, he left no will, he had a house, a building, and two cars. I didnt have the money to get a lawyer at the time so I am wondering what will happen to the property if nothing is done. I am his only surviving relative and I live in the state of Missouri.

...wouldn't Clinton be just as liable for the attacks as Bush? Think about it. The 9/11 attacks took 3-5 years to plan and carry out. Who was president 3-5 years before 9/11?

No, I don't believe this BS, but I wonder what the extreme left conspiracy theorists think about it.

to jail protecting America?Amid protests and a flurry of last-minute efforts by congressmen, two border patrol agents are scheduled today to begin long prison sentences for shooting and wounding a Mexican drug smuggler who was granted full immunity to testify against them.
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/printer-friendly.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53805
January 17th, 2007 the day the president declared war on America. So George, how's it feel to make the worst possible decision in your life? Who do you think you work for? Your legacy will be the selling of America to Mexico and the terrorists, border guards are scared $hitle$$ to enforce the law with an idiot like you to back them on national security. I can't imagine a poorer decision rendered possible by even a democrat.
"President Bush recently issued his year-end pardons, and those receiving good news included" :
-Marie Georgette Ginette Briere of Gatineau, Quebec, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
-George Thomas Harley of Albuquerque, N.M, aiding and abetting the distribution of cocaine.
-Eric William Olson of Ojai, CA, possession with intent to distribute hashish.
-Phillip Anthony Emmert of Washington, IA, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine (commutation of sentence).

There are two messages going out.
1. If you are a border patrol agent, do not agressively enforce the laws of the United States. 2 If you are a Mexican and want to run dope into this country, we have paved a smooth legal highway for you. Come on in ...Would you agree ?

I just can't stand it to see people wear that flag. Everything it stands for is wrong. It stands or racism, slavery, treason, and hate. The same thing could be applied to the Nazi flag.

Am I wrong to be offended?

A guy got my phone number off my car (I advertise as a massage therapist) and asked if I wanted a "business opportunity." Long story short, after needing to look at his web page to make sure it's a scam (because I didn't want to drive 30 minutes to a presentation), I turned him down when he called back. Less than a minute later I get a text message saying, "Miss cricket phone and worry about gas queen, keep in mind that POOR stands for Passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly. I'll keep earning 200 a day or more-lol."

The british royal marines show again how good britains military is with a daring rescue in afghanistan. 4 Royal marines clung to the sides of a apache helicopter to rescue a fallen comrad after fierce fighting against the taliban. They were flown directly into the fighting and succesfully recovered the marine. The found out when the got back to safety that he was dead unfortunately but the fact they risked so much on the side of a helicopter designed only for offensive operations shows incredible bravery but to do it during a battle makes it an amazing acheivment.

Its all part of the job I know but i for one am proud of our forces and their undefiable stance in the face of the enemy and cant wait to play my part.

Our mother passed away, we know where the will was kept, and my sister has already admitted that she found the will to another sibling but now denies it. And we know why because in the will she receives nothing, only me and two other siblings do. She is older that us, and it is written that she was taken care of throughout her life and was to receive 1.00. Well there is a house and settelment involved and now she will not give up the will. She had to pry open the breifcases to get access to them, and I have her on tape admitting that she has went through all the paperwork. So how do we go about getting the will. Also she is living in the house, and says she doens't have to move out until probate is settled and that we all have to pay for the house until then, It is also in forclosure. Help Please.
