to jail protecting America?Amid protests and a flurry of last-minute efforts by congressmen, two border patrol agents are scheduled today to begin long prison sentences for shooting and wounding a Mexican drug smuggler who was granted full immunity to testify against them.

January 17th, 2007 the day the president declared war on America. So George, how's it feel to make the worst possible decision in your life? Who do you think you work for? Your legacy will be the selling of America to Mexico and the terrorists, border guards are scared $hitle$$ to enforce the law with an idiot like you to back them on national security. I can't imagine a poorer decision rendered possible by even a democrat.
"President Bush recently issued his year-end pardons, and those receiving good news included" :
-Marie Georgette Ginette Briere of Gatineau, Quebec, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
-George Thomas Harley of Albuquerque, N.M, aiding and abetting the distribution of cocaine.
-Eric William Olson of Ojai, CA, possession with intent to distribute hashish.
-Phillip Anthony Emmert of Washington, IA, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine (commutation of sentence).

There are two messages going out.
1. If you are a border patrol agent, do not agressively enforce the laws of the United States. 2 If you are a Mexican and want to run dope into this country, we have paved a smooth legal highway for you. Come on in ...Would you agree ?

Anyone connected with the prosecution of these two fine men are traitors and should be prosecuted themselves. Bush is a disgrace to himself and the nation he supposedly represents.

Notice how he pardoned drug dealers but refused to pardon those that pursued a drug smuggler. Wouldn't want to interrupt the supply chain. There is definitely a rat hiding behind that Bush or is it a Fox?

I was hopeing with all the signatures and ralleys the 2 border agents would be pardoned. This is a disgrace,it definatley sends the message that its ok to break laws if you are illegal .To me it also opens the doors for every illegal to go sue happy. I only hope the pro illegals dont have to see the mistake they are making up close and personal.Because if I have to say I told you so,things are going to be ugly in America. I want to thank you as well for your efforts on this problem. I write my congress and senators and wonder if they even read their mail.

The border patrol agents were just doing the job that they were hired to do, and a very good job at that, keep in mind that they did not shoot a nice guy who was just here for a better life, they shoot a known drug runner. I was at one time for the war, but now I feel they be better used here on our border, putting a stop to this invasion.

They will come home when the job is done. Why everyone cries about bringing them home is odd. What do you what them to do at home? Shine boots? This is what they have been trainned for, and they are doing a great job over there. As the Iraqi forces are built up, our forces will draw down. We don't want a Saigon 1975 over again when we withdraw. Lastly as of late its more dangerous at home then in Baghdad. Detroit, Philadelphia, Houston, are more deadly than life in the Green zone.

Yes they should do time they even know they messed up real bad because they tried to hide it. You can not try to kill someone that is committing a crime if they are not armed and dangerous. I can care less about all of your thumbs down it's just truth.
