Wow....that question is so close to being a complete thought. All joking aside, I'm guessing you are talking about scholastic teams. It varies from state to state, but most states allocate some assistance to schools. It is generally up to the local towns and school districts to decide how that funding is used.
States only deal with the big picture...aiding cities and towns. It is up to everyone else what is done with that aid.

Olympics? They are coming up in China this year is that what you are asking? I think that would be great it is little money on the overall scene, but alas me lassie we have spent the last money we all had on this war and here on National Security. But I suggest you write your State Senator for information about grants and getting funded they know all about fundings? ha ha And they should help because if you win that is a feather in their cap as well. Right? Or your Congressman?
