Has any anti-marijuana individual ever looked at any information or scientific studies done. If you cant believe the scientist heres one better look at your own goverments studies.The ones available through The Freedom Of Information act.Number 1 cash crop! Every 40 sec. someone arrested for marijuana.Every day approximately 2,100 missing-children reports are filed each day.Washington, DC: Police arrested an estimated 786,545 persons for marijuana violations in 2005, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's annual Uniform Crime Report, released today. The total is the highest ever recorded by the FBI, and comprised 42.6 percent of all drug arrests in the United States. Is it really worth it? This fight. Dont get me wrong I am a responsible parent I hate hard drugs and alcohol with a passion but what is really wrong with a little pot! Oh and buy the way I dont smoke it I'm just one one of those who fights for it!

my daughter was arrested for failure to appear in court although she really didnt have to be in court that day cause her lawyer had postponed it to another day. the lawyer claims the clerk of court made a mistake. i paid $300 to a bondsman to get her out of jail. Can I make the court system reimburse me that money if the lawyer provides me with the paperwork he submitted to them proving she didnt have court on the date they stated she didnt appear?

the torture of the Jews of the Holocaust? Those people were "forced' into bondage and death. They didn't 'choose' to enter another country illegally. I think it is a mockery for illegal immigrants to assume they are treated ANYTHING like those people were treated.

America gives millions of dollars in forign aid to country's all over the globe, yet we have only one friend England, and they don't need our money or food, who we can depend on, the others we are simple trying to buy, our gov, is so ignorant they don't know you can not buy a friend, you have got to earn them,
but, they will give our hard earned money to our enemy's and let our own people starve or be homeless etc, tax the American people to the point they can't buy the things we give to other country's, hoow can this be fair, especially when we the people don't have anysay about who gets our money,plus the fact that when we send food or ? it is usually hoarded by the crooks in power , so actually who are we helping? it sure is not Americans,

I originally asked this question in the general P&G.
I should have asked in the military section.
Our veterans are not being taken care of properly when they need us. It's not just the aged veterans either. We have what 21,000 injured troops coming home wounded from Iraq.
We have veterans from every war since WWI suffering through the ineffective VA administration. The federal gov. keeps cutting funding. Hospitals are under staffed.
We have veterans coming home w/ chemical weapons poisoning and post traumatic stress disorder.
They answer the call when we ask. We need to respect their needs when they come home.
On a personal note: My 80 year old grandpa lost his only brother to WWII. When he had to go in for a hip replacement he developed a bedsore and because of complications due to diabetes and neglect he died. That's just HIS story...there are so many others.
We need to change our VA system.
Our men and women in uniform deserve better!

someone told me that in the state of NJ, if both parents had joint custody of a child, can the mother take the child to another state and get away with it? Don't the other parent have to go to that other state and file a police report or something? You think doing this would be a kidnap? What do you think?

I'm a senior in high school and am taking an AP Environmental class. Our teacher was having us look up around 22 Environmental laws and amendments. One of things that she asked us to do was to name the presidents that were in office at the time the law was passed. I found it surprising that (aside from Clinton), all the presidents were of the Republican party.
