I need help on my constitution report.

US Constitution Article I Section 3 reads in part:

No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the age of thirty years, and been nine years a citizen of the United States and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state for which he shall be chosen.

You really should read that document all the way through. I do it twice a year. Dec 7, and July 4. I have been doing it for decades.

The only requirements are that you must be at least 30 years old, a resident of your state for at least three years and a resident of your chosen district for at least one year.
That's the official answer. However I believe answer one, two and three are more factual.
