My daughter and I have recently been placed on my husbands Tricare insurance. It starts Feb 1. At first they told me it was a female dr-which I want for both me and her. Got a letter in the mail saying that they changed the dr to a male dr and that If I'd like to change it to contact them. How hard is it to do this? What do I need to do if I decide to keep her pediatrician and my OBGYN? How much would Tricare cover, if anything if I was to do that?

Is he told by advisors what the facts are and then he is free to choose what he deems is the best course of action? How much "freedom" does he have in his decision making? Can the President go against what his advisors suggest? Who does he listen to for advice per govermental policy?

I have a problem with saddam hussein being executed. Americans stormed into his country, forced him into hiding, captured him, took over his country, and is going to leave Iraq in the middle of a civil war. I know Saddam was a bad person but that gave us no right to to that to him. Think of all the other dictators in the world right now. I don't see Americans storming North Korea with thousands of troops. North Koreas dictator has killed tens of thousands of Koreans and is twice as ruthless as Saddam ever was. Also, there is proof that North Koreans have weapons of mass destruction. Iraq never did! But wait a minute, oh i get it now. North Korea is friends with China. We wouldn't want to upset the Chinese would we now. I guess it is better that we kill dictators that are defensless and accuse them of hiding weapons they never had in the first place. Can someone explain to me why we did something so stupid?!

Immigrants in the late 1800's and early 1900's contribued to a huge industrial boom in the United States's economy, resulting in
new techologies such as airplanes. Had immigration not happened, would our country been powerful enough to withstand war?

I received a curfew ticket in the ever lovely city of Northridge, California on a trip visiting from out of town (San Francisco) many years ago. Never went to my court date and instead had my father muddle the whole situation by writing and calling. That was the last I heard about it. Nothing has been paid since my case was never heard. I'd like to know any of the answers to the following: 1) what's the severity of a curfew ticket (citation or misdemeanor?), 2) depending on its severity, did the offense disappear from my record when I turned eighteen? 3) could said curfew ticket prevent me from getting a drivers license? 4) if the ticket still exists, what's the best way of handling it even after this long length of time? I have a photocopy of the original ticket somewhere.

How do you plan to protest against Bush? Have you emailed or called your Congressperson? What else have you done?

"People in the United States already were angry about the war before Bush said he would try to bring unrelentingly violent Iraq back from the brink by adding 21,500 more U.S. troops to the 132,000 there now. Polls show the U.S. public overwhelmingly does not like the idea."

"Yet many Republican lawmakers, too, have begun to criticize Bush's war management. Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel (news, bio, voting record) of Nebraska, for example, said last week he feared Bush's plan would be the worst foreign policy blunder since the Vietnam War."

In the 2004 election the Swift Boat veterans for truth claimed that John Kerry's silver star, bronze star, and 3 purple hearts were all not deserved. These accusations were taken seriously by the GOP and analyzed every day on Fox News. Obviously if a man with no political connections can get 2 medals for heroism and 3 medals for injury and have all of them be undeserved there is a huge problem with handing out any medals. What has the military done since Vietnam to ensure that the medals they hand out arent just worthless pins?

Through the years IBM tells employees part of their pay is the security, and people work for many decades for them. In recent years IBM decided the old retirement plan they committed to is too expensive and now targets older workers. Even if a worker is deemed the hardest worker in an area can be laid off a year or two before they can hit 30 years and get lifetime medical... if they get laid off at 28 years, as is the case the last years, they can have to pay something like an additional mortgage to get equivalent medical coverage. Is it legal or is it ethical of Sam Palmisano the CEO to allow age discrimination life this? Is it theft of benefits? or is it shrewd and astute business and the way life on the streets works?
