I don't recall asking whether the U.S. invaded Iraq to take their oil. I asked where the oil was going and whether the US was sharing its revenues!

The US didn't invade Iraq for oil. The US can get lot's of oil from other places in the middle east, and Canada and in Texas. There is still lot's of oil left in the world.
US invaded because Saddam Hussein was a bad person and he was killing innocent people.

I think it is being pumped to Saudi Arabia to pay them back for flooding the market with oil just before the last few elections.

I think the Opec nations are helping to sell it on the open market for founds to rebuild Iraq. I don't know if any revenue goes to the U.S. yet.

The oil is being bought by OPEC who controls the cost of oil prices and what we pay at the pump. Thats the thanks we get from the Arab community

The Iraqi government controls their wells, that is their income, not ours.....that is the big mistake that a lot of people make. Its not about the oil, we do not even control the wells......we may help protect them, but the Iraqi's control their own oil.
