Developed cultures would be overwhelmed by the poor to the point that they would not be able to survive. The world economy would collapse into feudalism at best. There would be a massive die off, and a massive kill off, as the haves keep their resourses from the have nots.

There would have to be some type of centralized government or rules. You cant have anarchy. Who would be the leader would you have tribalized government. Who would rule. The Chinese, The Europeans, The Africans, The Jews, The Arabs Would there be so many battles to see who rules or will the great leaders of the world decide on one
