This is a three part question:

First I have to tell you this:

There was a horrible serious rape/molest in my neighborhood. The police said it is not a priority case. They did nothing. People know the details of what happen. Sad to say but true, people would give the police what they need to arrest the criminals if there was a reward for information. So, here are the questions.

(1) How do you go about getting money donations that would be used for reward for information?

(2) What kind of bank account can the money be placed in so that it can not be touched except for the reason it was collected?

(3) What serious group, organization, individual, etc. do you go to for help with this?

Will Bush also allow police and military to enter citizens homes without a warrant if suspected of being a terrorist? Bush has authorized illegal warrantless wiretaps, e-mail records, phone records, and now the opening of Americans mail if the government sees fit. People we are in a police country!!!!!!!

ARE SOME OF US AMERICANS ERASING IRAQ'S CULTURE. I AGREE SADDAM WAS EVIL BUT WHY ARE WE PUTTING COLA-COCA BANNERS AND CONVERTING THEM TO CHRISTIANITY? Is that what whites did to natives, asians and blacks? IT DIDN'T HAVE POSITIVE OUTCOMES!
IS THIS A FORM OF IMPERIALISM?
Europeans imperializes Native Americans-they lost their identity
Europeans imperializes Africa-blacks lost their identity and culture
Europeans imperialize Asia-lost their identity

Did you know that two days after Thomas Jefferson (the man who coined the phrase) wrote that phrase in a letter to Baptists in Connecticutt that he attended a church service held at the House of Representatives building on Capitol Hill?

He did so repeatedly ever Sunday thereafter through out his term in office. Jefferson believed government at all levels could accommodate religious expression -- even worship services -- as long as it was voluntary and the state didn't pick favorites. Jefferson saw no conflict between the First Amendment and the availability of public property, public facilities and even government personnel to religious bodies. At one point Jefferson remarked "that no nation could be governed without religion", he did not have in mind the corrupted variety of government churches. In this, he argued exactly as the most pious Founders did: Religious belief -- freely chosen and given wide public space -- nurtured morality and thus supported a free society.

I want them home. I've had family serving there. We all think it's a lost cause. We (Americans) are in too deep, now. I don't think the President wants to admit that all of the lives lost were for nothing. I come from millitary a military family and we love this country----but in every battle there comes a time when you have to dig in and fight or cut your losses and accept defeat. As far as I'm concerned--we fought the good fight. What do you think.

What is the deal why are cops ***** why do they abuse their power search your car for no reason and give lame tickets because of the quata or time of the year. Cops protect people dont get me wrong but they are also just like salesmen they probably get incentives for writing even the most pathetic tickets like 5 miles over in a 35 zone I dont get it they are buraeucrats they make up lies even though the money really goes to the department or county.

I would love to institute it on the first offense, but there are cases where someone is falsely accused. So how about the second offense?I am not saying sex offenders this is strictly pedophiles who seek out children as they cannot defend themselves against an adult.

For a long time our government had double standards in its polacy. It followed the Bully mentality as Might is Right instead of Right is Might. This what we get when we elect politicians who look for their own interes & not the interes of the country. They are too busy making dirty deals with lobbiest & selling to big corporations, instead of our needs. Look at New Orleans a year & a half later after Katrina. I think every politician in Washington should be kicked out of office.

Okay. I'm currently slated to attend AIT as an 88M. That would be 7 weeks, which is perfect. But I have a feeling that my MOS is going to be changed. I've been told to have a second choice in mind, but I'm not sure about any other MOS's. I know I shouldn't choose an MOS based on AIT duration, but for my current circumstances, an MOS with a shorter AIT is what I have in mind. I wondering if y'all had any suggestions. About 6-8 weeks is good...10-13 the max.

hey! I am actually working on a community event- 100 chairs. We are inviting 100 artists to paint 100 chairs and we are going to auction these chairs off for charity purposes. We are desperately looking for wooden crates or pallets to place the chairs on so as not to dirty them. Any great ideas? We have tried grocery shops to no avail as the suppliers will bring back the crates for fruits! Any suggestions? Please help us! Thank you!

I wish to know if Statutory Orders have as much strength in enforcement like Acts of Parliament. Do Statutory Orders have Royal Assent given by the Queen?

In addition, if a Statutory Order has been raised for Northern Ireland, can it be applied & used in the remainder of the UK?

I note in Northern Ireland that the Power Sharing Executive/Council of Ministers does not sit & please take into consideration Gordon Brown (Chancellor) statement about "Britishness", which took place at the weekend when considering a reply to the query Re Northern Ireland V Rest of UK.

What are Statutory Orders in comparison to ACTS of Parliament?
