Should we have a mandatory sentence of capital punishment for peophiles?

I would love to institute it on the first offense,but there are cases where someone is falsely accused.So how about the second offense?I am not saying sex offenders this is strictly pedophiles who seek out children as they cannot defend themselves against an adult.

Come on people,I said children,small children who cannot defend themselves against an adult.I guess this is why so many pedophiles are repeat offenders.

that depends what you consider pedophile because a 28 year old man dating a 16 year old does not mean he is a pedophile at all. as long as sex it's under consent it should be OK

Kill someone for touching the backside of a fifteen year-old. That's going over-the-top waaay much.

Mandatory sentencing doubles the wrongfulness. It would remove the discretion of the judge to act on the circumstances of the case and determine whether conduct was equivalent to a premeditated homicide.

You also need to remember that punishing paedophilia is inappropriate in the case of the muslims who will approve things like sexual employment of a nine year-old that they might consider themselves married to.

Like you said "there are cases where someone is falsely accused" this should be for the pedophiles too, mistaken identity happens often in many areas of life and crimes.

I don't believe in capital punishment, but I think that anyone who cannot control their sexual behaviour, be it with other adults or especially with little children they should be castrated. If this opinion offends anyone, I apologise.
