all base pays and allowances are the same..based on paygrade and time in service. there are no bonuses.

being deployed:

depending on the place you are deployed to:

tax free pays
Hostile Fire/imminent Danger Pay($100/month)
If Married, Family Seperation pay ($250/months beginning day 31)
Not every zone qualifies for tax free, and not every zone qualifies as Hostile

No, pay is based on rank. The overall difference in being deployed over not is only a few hundred dollars at the most. I got $300 a month for my total add ons for being in a hazardous duty area. Congress WAS trying to raise that so we could have peace of mind while we were over there, but now that the Dems control Congress, we will never see a penny of anything that will actually help us or our families. Being in combat sucks with Dems in power because we didn't have what we needed to train OR to actually fight. The only Dems that were worth anything were FDR and Zell Miller. If Zell ran for the Presidency, I would vote for him....other that that, I will stay a true blue Republican till I die.
