Physically a girl grows till 21.. in the first phase , but its always in the scenario that a hormone change does make significance in the growth of a woman, say pregnancy! But i tell you ... as a woman .. you have such a wide spectrum of life aound you... you can never stop growing! Jus depends on makin life big!

Stretching exersises are supposed to make you grow faster. I think you stop growing at 21. Not 100% sure though

Vertically, you can grow until your early 20s.
Horizontally, you can grow all your life.
