If PR was the system in place, everyone's vote would count. The present system does not truly reflect the electorate's wishes. PR would encourage more to use their vote, rather than the apathy generated by the present system.

I read a lot about americans complaining about illegalls in their country. I can and do understand. Now my question is when are your people going to get out of Iraq as you are there illegally. No one asked your goverment to invade and put a country into civil war.

We have accomplished every goal stated. Eliminated the threat of WMD's by proving they don't exist. Toppled Saddam, established an elected Govt. Unless the plan was to take and HOLD Iraq, we haven't lost, we've won. Time to come home. Bush said it, " Mission Accomplished".

i FIND IT VERY STRANGE AND UNUSUALL that we have forgotten about O,B ,L since we got rid of saddam and destroyed Iraq which was Israels worst enemy, do you think the Arab world will read the writing on the wall and stop being painful to Israel now, the same way our politicians gave in to them after they destroyed , some of our politicians,

My husband and I seperated in November. He now wants me out of his house, but I know that I am entitled to half. He is refusing to sell.
What are my rights?
I have suggested that he get a second mortgage, to take my own name off, and receive the monies back that I have invested in the house, repairs and renovations. He doesn't want to do that, as he is afraid it will wreck his credit score.
So, I asked him to pay me the half the difference between what we owe on the house, and the house's value.
Are there any other options out there for us? I dont' care all about the money, more the moral of the whole thing. I'm not walking away with nothing. Thanks.

My friend is going through a divorce and he requested larger print from his wifes attorney. She refused saying there was nothing she could do to change the documents to accommodate his limited eyesite. With the Americans Disability Act, doesn't she have to accommodate him? Is this something he could challenge?

i stay at home with my our babies. for this reason i don't really know anyone or have someone i can talk to. i'm waiting on our house to sell so that i can file for divorce (i don't have the money now). my husband has problems with his temper and it has been getting really bad lately. he blew up at me and our son a couple of nights ago because he woke up and cried. he said that i baby him too much. i cooked dinner yesterday and before i served it i needed to stop by the store for some bread to go with it. i asked him if he minded watching them while i go do this. he argued with me...them finally agreed that i could. then he gave me the credit card.that he took from my purse back to me...without asking me first? he did it just for spite.
these are examples of what has been going on. i don't really have any were else to go so im gonna have to face this. i think he needs help for our sake and his. i'm concerened...is this something that i can call and talk to his first shirt about?

Afganistan is so close to the Al-Queda training and controlling cells? Wouldn't it be the wisdom of judgement that we apply all the billions of $$$ and our Troops to destroy the Al-Queda cells across the Afganistan borders instead of throwing everything into Iraq? A war won in Iraq does not stop the strengthening of Al-Queda 'headquarters' across the Afghanistan borders from continuing their terrorism against the U.S., the Middle East and all the rest of the World! Bush's policies and concentration on Iraq are not warding off and destroying dangerous Al-Quedas from mushrooming from their 'headquarters'! Take away their headquaters, and that's the only way to squash terrorism! Those al-Quedas in Iraq is only a small percentage leashed out of their training and controlling front! Aren't Bush and his warped supporters chasing the wrong geese??? Aren't they are merely engaging in flaming civil wars around the world instead of going after America's and the World's most deadly enemies?

Me and my roomate were arrested in our home for possession of alcohol in a dry county and 15 charges of providing alcohol to a minor(above 18 but under 21). We live outside of city limits. Do the cops need a warrant to arrest us inside our home? They also came back and searched our place while we weren't here, all of my stuff was gone through. Its funny we actually didn't even buy alcohol for anybody. And they said we had budlight but nobody was drinking budlight. I have stacked up budlight boxes for a computer desk :) Also on our affidavit it says the court date is Jan 13 2006, but we all know that it is now 2007. Can this help to get the charges dropped? We went to court yesterday and they told us that our case was being transferred to the Justice Court. We were also not read our rights or told what we were being arrested for when they put us in cuffs and made us sit on the couch in our home. I demanded to know what I was being arrested for and they kept saying just wait, just wait.
