Foreign means from another country. Invader is someone who attacks, especially without provocation, from outside the border.

Are we really the foreign invaders in Iraq? It sounds so terrible. Maybe we can petition the crusty guys in Oxford and Cambridge to amend the language so it doesn't sound so incriminating?

Every plan made by experts not connected to the Bush administration includes drawing back troop levels because of Iraqi hate of our soldiers is increasing the insurgency.

Republicans are bound and determined to disagree and so far have been proven incorrect every time. Why do they insist on doing the wrong action every time?

That when they do a draft its for those who are ALREADY signed up for the military or they can randomly start picking people to send them? I heard you have to be signed up for the military so that they can send you. is this true? And that they will always leave the category of those who are only child last before drafting them? Explain to me a little about this I dont know and I am curious...thanks!

He said, "We also need to examine ways to mobilize talented American civilians to deploy overseas where they can help build democratic institutions in communities and nations recovering from war and tyranny."

mistakes have been made in Iraq and that he takes all responsibility, he also said that he was responsibility for the Federal screw ups when Katrina went thru the Gulf.
Does anyone think it's time that he paid for all his mistakes and do you think it makes the people that have had family and friends die because of his blunders feel any better when he smiles and says, i take all responsibility.

He is one of the worst presidents in history. He is clearly incompetant at running the affairs of the country, he started an unnesescary war before finalizing a conflict that actually had a reason, and his religious beliefs permeate his policy (very un-american!). Clinton was taken to task for his personal chioces... Bush has enacted bad policy that has affected the entire nation and we will feel the aftershocks of this schlock office for years to come.

I have a feeling the only reason Bush has been allowed to remain in office so long is because people identify with him on a religious level.

Just have a look at the casualities list of US Army at http://www.defenselink.mil/Releases/Release.aspx

Most of the dead are aged between 20-25 . Why US send inexperienced young soldiers to war front ?

This isn't a partisan question, I'd be just as upset if it was a Democratic president saying not to show them. I simply think that the people who die fighting for this country should at least have a somber, heroic return, instead of being shuffled in quietly, like their death was no big deal.

I want to clarify my previous question. I work for a grocery chain that requires men and women to wear the SAME shirt. Button down, dress shirts. Men's have the buttons on one side, women's have the buttons on the other side, all other features are exact! The dry cleaners charge more to have women's shirts clean, "due to the difference" in the postition of the buttons. I believe that is sex discrimination. Is it possible to sue them for this?
