I'm much older than 21, and I don't think that most Liberals are 21 or under. I also don't think that you've stated anything so poorly that this question should be "reported", just using the word garbage isn't so bad. The problem to me is that you are obviously buying into the "us vs. them" mentality that is pushed in the mainstream media. Very few people on either side of the aisle are completely Liberal or Conservative, as those are defined in the media. I'm "middle aged" and I've been getting more Liberal as time goes on because I'm sick of all of the government interference, and true Liberals believe in individual rights. True Conservatives believe in fiscal responsibility and limited government, and I wouldn't say that the Administration or Republicans in Congress have shown these attributes.

No, I would think it's the other way around. I am still young, only 37, but I am old enough to remember quite a bit.
I remember my uncle coming home from Vietnam.
I vaguely remember Nixon resigning.
I remember the oil crisis, caused when Carter promised to get America off middle eastern oil. OPEC jacked up the prices, and forced Americans to vote in that psycho Reagan.
I Remember the Reagan years, and how the budget deficit problems started. The bogus invasion of Grenada. The "Star Wars" defense program fiasco.
I remember Bush 41 and his lies. I remember not being able to get a college loan because my poor family made just enough money to not get one.
I remember Clinton making it possible for my brother to get one.
I remember that the best Presidents our nation ever had were all liberal..... Lincoln, FDR, JFK, Washington, Clinton.
I remember the worst were all conservative, Hoover, Jackson and Nixon. We can add Bush 43 later when he is done.
Get over it, there are conservatives raised from birth as much as liberals. At least liberals have a better realization of reality.

Lots of people post nonsense on here - of both sides. I've seen some extremely distasteful things on both sides. I doubt you'll be reported for this question, although you never can tell - I once made a completely innocuous reply that I got reported for, just because I'd managed to upset a certain person that day. It's a bit silly.
To get back to the original query, no. I'm well over 21 and liberal. My parents, in their fifties, are liberal. My husband's parents, in their fourties and fifties, are liberal. Both of our sets of grandparents are liberal. I could continue, but you get the point, I'm sure.

As long as you aren't violating Yahoo! Answers terms of service you shouldn't have a problem.
As to the average age of a liberal or conservative, I've seen some incredibly juvenille postings by both sides. One of the smartest things I've seen about that was posted by a conservative TO a conservative where he said "we don't need your kind of help". Welcome to Yahoo! Answers!!! From what I've seen most people aren't completely liberal or conservative - it seems to vary based on the issue. I am a moderate.

Profound- Love the answer, wish I got to pick top...
very Liberal, and I'm 23 (by the way I've been working since I was 15... maybe not paying the taxes a lawyer does, but still busting my *** while in school)... its about caring more for your fellow man that you do for yourself really... call it naive if you will, I would argue its quite honorable (and kinda what that Jesus fellow was talking about, Evangelicals)

I was a liberal but that was when I was young, because liberalism is usually based on pie in the sky optimism about human conditions and behavior.
It is similar to when you take a college course that is all theory, then you get out in the real world and you realize that most of that theory you learn does not really apply. As one get older and hopefully get smarter it is more difficult to remain a liberal.
I was hoping to get more thumbs down usually when I irritate a liberal I know I am affective

No.
And no I won't report you, just like I didn't report the conservative who wished that I had been shot as the answer to one of my questions.

i don't think your original question is true. i do think the majority of younger people are more liberal than conservative. i also think the older you get, the more nuances in your political stances. i consider myself conservative in some matters (mostly fiscal) and moderate to liberal on other issues (mostly social)

I am over 30, was a neocon as a teenager, and I am rabidly liberal now. Real life teaches you the value of tolerance, justice, and things such as unions, the social safety net and pacifism. --All liberal values depised by the right.
Where the hell have you spent your life? Under a rock in the back yard?
