Our troops are not armed and are not authorized to persue illegal invaders. Shouldn't that authorization change to allow them to persue and shouldn't they be ARMED? Aren't USA citizens suppose to be "protected" from foreign INVASION according to our Constitution? How can they PROTECT us from ARMED invaders without WEAPONS (arms)?!!
This makes me IRATE!!

I have a tailbone nerve injury from a fall on rental property. It is permanent and disabling. I would like to know if anyone has an idea of the approximate damages that I could expect from a jury? My attorney has suggested settling the case for $40,000, but I know that this is far too low...my medications for the next 30 years, should they remain the same as today, would be over $180,000...the $10,000 I would have left after everybody is paid off leaves me with only $300.00 a year, much less than the $6,000 min. cost annually of the medications. And I have not included the monthly doctor visits, or physical therapy costs. Not to mention that I will be taken off of foodstamps, medicaid, Section 8, and disability if I do not use the money within 30 days...or so I have been advised. Any advice would be very helpful for me to decide if I should settle, or go to trial...Thank you.

It seems that the division of parties is so extreme to one side, that the Repubs and Dems have lost true sight of what this country is all about. I am neither, I am independent. It shouldn't be about right or left, it should be about right or wrong. Bush, for example, I agree on certain issues and disagree on others. But mostly what I see on here is he is 100% right or he is a 100% idiot. We are getting away from what true politics are about; to help strengthen and help our country grow and prosper. Instead, we are tearing it down and it's both parties faults. How can both parties work together when the division is so far apart?

it is clearly a recreational drug since at that age a person will not have children. It has side effects. How can it be legal and marijuana is not??? (Young people have used Viagra for fun. Which is not legal) Why do old people get to abuse drugs?

How can they do what they were elected to do when they are out on the road campaigning? Most Governers who run, resign from their position.

every time i log on to my yahoo mail, ive got one, or more violation notifications. Its not just me. Things have been changing.
In online terms, im actually a reasonably long term user. Ive seen changes over the time, including violation emails.
It seems you get one (and minus points) just for answering a rude, or iffy question, thats later deleted. Often, much later.
Im not exactly contreversial, the odd swear, odd delibarate bate, muck about, Then you expect it...but every email opening?
And you dont know where your at fault, as you cant access the page (its deleted) to reference where you over stepped the mark!
Anyone else, sick of these psuedo offical (yet meaningless) tellings off? WE are the users, the "customers" of the site advertising, and what makes it? Are YOU fed up of this sh it?

I think G. W. Bush is a great man. Single-handedly, he's been enriching the English language with such gems as "misunderestimating" and "subliminable" to the glee of the TV watching world.

So, how many neologisms will he create today?

1. 1
2. 5
3. 10
4. too many to count
5. 0, he'll just babble

The Democrats say they want to help the "working poor", the House just passed a phased raise in the minimum wage to $7.25/hour (over two years), that works out to less than $15,000/year (for full-time). I always thought that it takes $20K, $30K or $40K to just get by in most areas of the U.S. If the Democrats care so much about the working poor, why didn't they make the new minimum wage, $10 - $20 per hour? And given the pawltry amount, why didn't they just have the new amount go into effect immediately? .

helping the poor in Mexico? How many of you pro's have actually gone to the poor in Mexico and volunteered your time and money to help improve their lives. See, then maybe if you helped them down there, they wouldn't need to come here. Or are you all just full of crap, willing to talk the talk but not walk the walk?
