whats a good website to go to look up court cases for burglary where the person has already pled guilty to criminal trespassing and damage but got charged with burglary?

well, he's already convicted of burglary..its covered under the criminal tresspass that he pleaded guilty to. Burglary is the intent to commit a crime (not necessarily theft) by tresspass or breaking and entering, or remaining unlawfully with intent to commit any crime.
