i just bought a condo in brooklyn and there is a little lobby with all the doorbells to the apartments,and mailboxes.There is this bum that lives in the area and from time to time he just sleeps in the lobby and he has this horrable smell.The smell goes all through the lobby and in the elevator and since the elavator opens directly in your apartment the smell goes everywhere.I'v called the cops and they tell me that they can't arrest him,because hes not doing anything wrong,all they do is remove him.BUT ISN'T HE TRESPASSING????if any one can please give me some advice i would greatly apperciate it.

Stem cells can be obtained from many other sources: umbilical fluid, amniotic fluid, the remains of a pulled tooth, etc.

Why can't Americans have a package like this ?The Rhode Island Affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union yesterday filed a federal lawsuit against the state police, alleging racial profiling and violation of the constitutional rights of 14 Guatemalan nationals during a July traffic stop that led to their detention by immigration officials.Answer to me why are illegal aliens above the law now ? How do we detain people at the border then?Their all (99%) Mexican nationals.

Whether they agree with being in Iraq or not, the soldiers can't help that they are there and I feel for them and their families. For the loss of lives and the financial hardships that it creates for many of our soldiers. In many ways it has been transformed into Iraq-Nam.

The answer to this question will only serve to settle a debate as I have since been promoted to Sergeant. I work with an E-4 in the Air Force (Senior Airman). In the Air Force, since the elimination of "buck sergeant", E-4s are not considered NCOs. The Army has two kinds of E-4s, Corporals, who are NCOs, and Specialists, who are not. The Senior Airman claims that the "Air Force does not recognize Corporals as NCOs because they're E-4s and in the Air Force, E-4s are not NCOs". Is this true? Please cite some appropriate Air Force literature which will back me up, not a funny story that happened to you in 1976 on an aircraft carrier.

My boyfriend's ex wife was granted sole custody of their son. He was not paying child support and spent most of the time in and out of county jails. If he was to clean up his act and find a decent paying job, would he be able to petition the courts for visitations rights? Also, she is planning on marrying a new man, whom would legally adopt her son. Would my boyfriend be neglected of any rights, whatsoever, of his, when this takes place?

I think that it school is where you should be more tolerant and to go to a School where the teachers show intolerance is very sad
If I had kids and they attended that school where that poor boy Was refused entry if he has his hearing dog I would pull my kid out of that school and find one that would never teach students that discrimination towards disabled students is Acceptable

And anyone who uses the excuse that allergy's are the reason
Make me sick........ ever heard of allergy pills that if were required the school would/should cover
Thank god the school is being investigated ,because is is totally illegal

is it possible to access one's records if you are not a blood relative? I am a U.S. Permanent Resident and I will be applying for a U.S. citizenship next month because I lived here in the U.S. for almost 5 years now (5 years in March 2007). However, I will be getting married to an alien who lives in the Philippines on January or February 2008. I am worried that if ever there is a delay in the processing of my citizenship, we will be married while I am still a Permanent Resident. Will this cause a problem to my application of citizenship and in bringing my wife here in the U.S.?
