Deported, run dragnets to round them up, throw them into county jails for six months and then when they are released, release them at the border and say don't come back because the next time it will be 12 months.
I would also levy $10,000 fines to employers for each illegal that they had employed. I bet they would never hire another illegal ever again.

Actually the FAIR study, and others, did not include a great deal of illegal aliens' costs. Illegal aliens have cost US taxpayers over $1 Trillion per year (net of any taxes they've paid) each year since 2002. It is vastly cheaper to detain and deport every illegal alien than it is to allow them to remain for one year or more. Actually, it would not be necessary to detain and deport every last one of them. There are ways to make them go home at their expense! There are ways to discourage & dissuade people from violating immigration laws to begin with! It would not cost the US $135 billion to have all immigration-law violators depart or be deported. Announcing a major crackdown on illegal aliens will send about half of them scurrying home within 30 days. It can actually be quite easy to get rid of the majority of immigration-law violators in very short order!

Follow our laws, illegals should not be granted blanket amnesty to stay in our country illegally so they should be sent back home until they can enter our country legally. Many aliens came into our country the legal way and became citizens of our nation legally. To allow others to break the rules and circumvent laws in place to protect all of our nations people, the citizens by birth and our naturalized citizens too, is to say our laws are made to be broken and it does not matter what we Americans think about aleins illegal entry into our country. Try doing this same thing in other countries and see how much empathy those countries will have on Americans sneaking into their countries illegally.
I feel great empathy for the poor and downtrodden people of this world but I am also a firm believer in there is a right way and wrong way to do things and illegal immigration is just that--illegal.

You can't just deport hundreds of illegals back to a country that is already very populated its stupid ! You have to think about this before you even speak some of them won't have anywhere to go or live. Some of these people have children. I understand that breaking the law is wrong but you got to give people a chance and not judge them. You can't be ignorant. Use common sense!

First we need to get a fence up to stop them from coming. Mexico is becoming the 51 state!! I think we need to send back as many as possible but exactly how...that's a tough question because while some are honest and good working not all are so how do we know exactly who they are or how long they've been here. If any are caught doing something illegally besides crossing the border, they should be sent home immediately regardless of how long they've been here. We don't need to spend court costs on them too.

You can't just up and ship em all away. did you hear about the round-up in midwest? In one day, the government rounded up 1000s of illegals working on dairy farms. Many were married and worked on the same dairy farm. but guess what? their kids were still at school, not knowing that their parents were being deported, and with no one to pick them up. just one day became orphans. is that not just plain wrong? that almost sounds like something nazis would do. no, this has to be much more thought out than just build a stupid wall, and waste good soldiers (who could be actively seeking real terrorists) to stare at a waste-of-tax-payer-money wall. military service in return for citizenship is a good idea not only for current legal and illegal immigrants, but prospective ones too. anyone convicted of a crime (besides being illegal) gets deported, and those who are too old or handicapped to serve in the military and have spent many years here in the US need an amnesty program that is fair to us (tax-payers) and them (most live around the poverty line). Lumping all into criminals/terrorists/whatever is just plain un-american. we are a melting pot that accepts the world's tired, poor, and persecuted. We must give them opportunities to improve their lives and become productive members of society. Its the american way...to improve lives, not persecute them. we wage wars Against those who persecute.

The United States cannot afford education, housing and healthcare for millions of illegal aliens. It takes away from the services that our citizens vitally need. Their countries should be forced to take care of their own citizens.
An agreed upon amount of immigrants should be allowed in every year with sponsorship from private organizations and with the desire to live and support America, not to take our money to send back to their respective countries.

I think they should be deported. The cheapest way if they are from Mexico is to put them on a bus. From other countries they need to be flown back. If these people want to come back they need to do so legally by getting a Green Card.

They should be deported. We could round a whole bunch of them up while they're making their protests in the streets. When the police pull them over, or they get in trouble for any little thing, they should be deported.
