I have a court order in California and it gave me custody and child support orders. I then got back together with the dad in another state. Did I void those orders? And now I am not with the dad anymore, but Im now in a totally different state than the first two. So does anyone know if my California orders from the beginning are still good?

They used my computer but their yahoo email account. The sceren name was not registered to my account . I did not know they were going to do this. When I ask them why they did it, they said so it couldn't be traced back to them. The Yahoo ID was a fake. What do I do? I told them if I got into trouble I was going to give the authorities their name. They said, "you have to prove it was me". Nice Friend? How do I erase all traces of this on my computer and account?????

In 2004 Adam Curtis produced a three-part documentary for the BBC on the threat from organised terrorism called the Power of Nightmares. This television documentary claimed that Strauss' teachings, among others, influenced neo-conservative and thus, United States foreign policy, especially following the September 11, 2001 attacks. Two students of Strauss, Wolfowitz and William Kristol, are cited, and Kristol discusses Strauss's influence in the film. Since they were students of Strauss, the documentary claims that their later political views and actions are a result of Strauss' philosophy and teaching. The central theme of the documentary is that the neoconservatives created myths to make the Soviet Union and terrorist organizations such as Al-Qaeda (Arabic: القاعدة‎) appear to be better organized and coordinated, as well as more threatening than they actually were, and that such "nightmares" enabled the neoconservatives to gain disproportionate power in the Reagan and George W. Bush administrations.

The Independent, a news organization from the UK reported today, "One thing that will not change is the rules for television coverage of the House, which is currently limited to close-up images of floor speeches. The rules do not allow panning shots that would show that, in 99 cases out of 100, the speeches were made to an empty chamber."

Any other job will require you to show up for your job to be paid. Why should we not hold congress to to an attendance policy?

I was looking at a site and it said:

"Source Ratings: Men and women interested in EOD should choose a rating from this list: AB, AO, EM, EN, GM, HT, IC, IT, MM, MN, OS, PH, PR, QM, SK, or SM. Applicants for EOD cannot be approved if they are part of a Naval Reserve program such as TAR, SAM or two year programs."

Does this mean other than being an EOD, can I be one of those ratings??? Can I have two ratings?

I have been tryin gto solve this problem for 2 months now. It started with an evening out with a neighbour's child who is 2 years old and giving her a kid's haircut at the local hairdresser and has escalated into a threat by the Father and Mother of a lawsuit for damages due to interferring with their religious customs and well ..now I 'm needing to pay for a trip to India to remove the "spell" on the child and not seeing the child any longer and not being friends with them and having the wife look me up and down and turn her head in disgust and lower her head and walk past me in uttermost disgust...all over a "blotched haircut"" as they term it. I cannot solve this problem. I wrote a letter of apology but they told me that they do not accept a letter as such....and want to go to court for damage payments due to the disgrace I have put on them with their child having her hair cut earlier than age 3 etc etc.
I will need to see a lawyer I think and ask for a release form to end this .??
