Of course it is not legal to receive drugs without a prescription. But you can get drugs online without a PRIOR prescription first. I get my meds online at http://remedymeds.com/ . Just select the medicines you need, fill in a medical questionnaire, and submit your order. A U.S Licensed Physician will review your order and issue your prescription. Next, U.S. Licensed Pharmacies will dispense, and FedEx your order discreetly using Next day delivery. i have never had a problem with RemedyMeds.com.

I don't think it is legal to order any prescription medication with out a prescription. That doesn't stop some companies from offering it. I've been receiving ads for ever thing from Viagra to antidepressants to pain killers(which most definitely are not legal) so I don't know if the seller or the purchaser could get into trouble.

In the US it is not legal to get any prescriptions online with a doctors signature. You can get it from other countries though and then if you get caught with it, it is poissible for you to cbe charged with illegal use of RX. On that note a lot of the medications that you buy from other countries are black market and not FDA approved. So therefore, you may think you know what you are taking, but when something happens who do you think will be responsible? you will.

The only pharmaceuticals you can't buy legally without a prescription on the internet are "exempt narcotics." If you try to buy any large quantity of Ephedrin drugs though expect a 4 am knock on the door...

You can try, but it's against the law for them to FILL some meds without a prescription.
How will you know you're getting a 'real' med and not junk?

its legal There are companies in the usa who follow rules and regulations that are there for pharmacy type businesses online.
There is nothing wrong with moving schedule 3,4, and 5 drugs as long as you are doing it with in the laws of the state you are prescribing and fufilling from.
It is the people whom import drugs illegal (From india, costa rica) and either just straight drop ship overseas into the USA or ship in bulk into the usa and then break up the packages and re-distribute them. THAT is illegal.
If you require medical records, doctor consultation over the phone, and follow all the applicable laws of the state you are licensed in you can legaly move schedule 3,4, and 5 drugs.
Percocets or oxycotin, obviously not.
Here is a reliable one http://www.Online-discount-pharmacy1.com

you can't get antidepresents or any other strong medication without a proper doctors prescription. and it's illegal for someone else to give you theres because the prescription is moderated for them, not you.
