Can I do that in the foriegn embassy .I live in Australia and my husband is in germany ..

If your husband is in the US military then get an appointment with the military attache at the embassy.

hmm maybe try to hire a lawyer in germany . or conntact the german embassy.if you have kids together it should be very easy
