I never heard anyone dropping a tear for the Nigerians,,whom some of them are truly starving, I beileve that 99% of the illegals from South of the border are not starving at all,,some are even fat when they come over, If you are getting your daily nutrition and have a roof over your head everything else is in life is just a matter of perspective, I can hardly see why it's our obligation tho give a non-starving person a free ticket into this country

and why doesn't anyone want to help the real starving people in Africa and particularly the Sudan where humanitarians are needed for real,, pro-illegals are a real joke in my mind

Some ancient places are slowly breaking like The Collusium in Italy. Instead of stopping the need for oil George Bush is needing it. Drilling the Arctic Circle is not what we do. We can get Hybrid cars, use places like YouTube to fight the power, even E-Mail the government. Together we can bring back America and the world. And it's not just the little people making a difference. U2 is helping out Katrina with Music Rising. Green Day is against global warming with NRDC. Alicia Keys is doing a great job in Africa (AIDS), and Bono is helping out AIDS as well with Product Red. You can help these people by buying any items from Product Red to help Africa, buying the single The Saints Are Coming to aid Katrina, send an E-Mail to the president to help NRDC. Together we can make a difference. But people aren't doing it, why aren't people helping?

Rummy, in the West Wing said that history will remember this president as having done the right thing in Iraq. By implication saying that he, Rumsfeld, did the right things too.

I say, blow history, we can see today that they are a bunch of oil seeking criminals.

JFK's youth and young family were part of the "Kennedy Mystique." How did this image of youth, hope and vigor change the political tide of America? Why was America so ready for this change? How can JFK and his young family be as seen as representatives of the World War II generation?

My mother is very ill and in the hospital a few hours away. My dad drives down there and spends a few nights with her then drives home. They're both retired and on a fixed income. I have two older sisters and one of them is beginning to really bother me with some of the stuff she's saying. Myself and the other sister have been giving our Dad money here and there so he can afford gas and food while he's staying at the hospital with Mom. It doesn't bother us, because our mother is very confused and only recognizes Dad and we feel he needs to be there. We also take care of his laundry and stuff while he's gone. The third sister that has not been helping is telling us Dad is gambling all his money away. We both know that's not the case. She wants to get a lawyer and have dad labeled incompentent and handle his money. I don't want a fight with my siblings, but I don't want this to happen to our Dad. Should I tell him what's going on? Or just refuse to get involved?

As if 62% of American citizens, retired generals, and most of the world was enough, now an interview conducted by Bob Woodward with Gerald Ford was released in which Ford says he wouldn't have invaded Iraq with the intell provided to the White House. So, how many high ranking people do you think it will take to get Bush to admit invading Iraq was a bad idea?

I get so tired of seeing you blame everything on Bush.

You do realize that your vehement hatred towards Bush may not actually make him a terrible president. There have been quite a few presidents that were widely unpopular during their term but are now regarded as good presidents. Consider Ford. Consider Truman... the guy set the record for lowest approval rating at 22%, and is today regarded as one of our best presidents.

I'm not saying that I am an outright Bush supporter. I'm just saying that you should probably give it a rest. Your whining is unbecoming, divisive, and will be much forgotten in the future when the effects of this president's policies are being weighed.

http://www.usbig.net/ I would also say close the door on immigration & prosecute the employers & landlords who have betrayed their fellow legal citizen for generations! Corporate welfare earmark & seed money far exceeds any amounts going to legal American poor!
