About a year ago I got pulled over for a DUI & I didn't do any of the test or submit to a breathalizer. Now I have been convicted of a Reckless Opp, served my time gone through treatment, go to at leats 3 AA's a week and have been sober since. Now here's the question, this isn't my first, its my second. I recieved one about 4 years ago and have been on probation since. Now I'm just about to get my lisence back and start moving forward with my life. When I went to get reinstated they told me that I have a warrent out for my arrest for violating my probation. They said that refusing to blow was a violation of my probation. I need advice - should I get a lawyer, will I see jail time, will they resuspend my lisence, are there fines. Please only serious awnsers. This is my first probation violation.

I feel in love two years ago with a man from Chile I was once the person that said all these illigals need to go back. that was until I met my boyfriend and have a lot of friends that are hispanics you will know me because you will look at a group of hispanics and only see one white chick Thats me!! anyway my point is I love all people and I do not have a problem with the illigals that are here working trying to make money for their families those are the ones that actually pay taxes. the ones that are coming over and having babies and trying get onto welfar are the ones who are making the other ones look bad. no one knows how hard any of these countries from latin America are stuggling to come here the righ way. Untied States is not allowing them to come. they haven't allowed them to come the right way. That is why so many of them are illigal here. I fell in love with a hispanic man and he was illigal here But I do not care because he worked, payed his taxes and sent money to his kids

Today i had physical therapy bc i was recently in a car accedent. I was chatting with two of the therapists who both said they were democrats. Curiosity killed the cat but if a mack truck can't take me out, i think ill do fine with curiosity... I asked why they are democrat and the only answer i got was they dont like bush. I informed them that thats not a reason bc many republicans at this point are not too fond of the man either.

So to occupie my hyperactive political brain i made up two papers that had things listed like iraq war, military, gay marriage, abortion, taxes, welfare, UN, ect... I even used a third party, a liberal older woman getting therapy for her hip, so that if they would ask a question i wouldn't just make my side sound better. I then told them to write what they think about each. Both Martha(the liberal older woman) and I read what they wrote and agreed that they were no doubt Republican with the exception that the one girl was for abortion and same sex marriage

Here is my opinion and I will say NO and her is why. I look at my family, my ex wife family, my girlfiend family, and it is the women in these family that are basically creating the fighting and chaos and problems the men are usually pretty laid back. Another example is the TV show Everyone loves Raymond I have watch it a few times and realize if you took out meddlesome mother there is no show. This a fun question give me your opinion Yea or Nea and why you feel that way.

All signs point to it being pirated. Thin DVD box, burned-looking disc and wouldn't play on my older DVD player. Also was available for rent on the weekend before release. The label on the cover was alldaflicks.com. I checked that site but it is passworded.

If Hitler had chosen to eliminate all Black persons on earth instead of Jews, do you think all other countries would have joined him instead of fighting him, thus avoiding World War II?

i went into my local jewelry store to purchase something for my husband for christmas. they showed me the catalogue and gave me the price. they wrote up a receipt (which i have) and i paid for it in a check. they told me the item would be in in a week.
well they called and said they had used an outdated catalogue and the actual price is 55.00 more then what they quoted me. they said they would cover 20.00 of it and that the rest would be my responsiblity. i called today and told them that i will not cover the other part beacuse it was not my fault. i already paid for the item
they told me that they would not issue a refund because it was a special order. i said to the manager that it was not my f-ing problem that they used an old catalogue. you gave me a rpice, we agreed, and i paid for it.
and he said, more or less, too bad.

am i in the wrong, or is the jeweler the wrong do-er here?

I suffer w/bipolar disorder and a *few* other physical health problems. I've been in and out of the hospital many xs this year. Concequently I've not worked for about 9 mos. Often my basic fuctioning is affected by illiness. My bedroom is cluttered w/clothes, books, papers, etc. Sometimes moving around the room entails stepping over piles of clutter. OK granted. The problem I'm asking about? I sponsored my stepsons to come live here from a poor, African country 6 months ago. They are 22/19 and live w/their bio father and I, working part-time at McDonald's, for 3 months--their 1st jobs. Sometimes the oldest one makes ...comments about me and other Americans *casually and out of the blue*. He's said "You need job. Even if you just get small money, you should work. American women don't like work. Why?" or "Your room look like the US Reality Show. They have to come clean-up the person house for them. I guess that's how the American is--basically unclean." How wld U reply to these remarks?

"All of us want to find a way to bring America's sons and daughters home again," Gates, 63, said after taking the oath of office as defense secretary from Vice President Dick Cheney at a Pentagon ceremony. "But as the president has made clear, we simply cannot afford to fail in the Middle East. Failure in Iraq at this juncture would be a calamity that would haunt our nation, impair our credibility, and endanger Americans for decades to come."
