First of all u have to be a graduate guy. Then prepare urself for Indian Administrative Services Exam. which is held by UPSC every year. U can take any private coaching for that. Ther are many of institution in our country. For better result u can search in gogle. Language is no problem, but u have to laborious. Best of luck.
