If Hitler had chosen to eliminate all Black persons on earth instead of Jews, do you think all other countries would have joined him instead of fighting him, thus avoiding World War II?

No, not at all.

The USA had black athletes, such as Jesse Owens and Joe Louis, as examples of black American "superiority" over Germans, and was proud of them not only for their nationality but their race.

Second, Hitler didn't really have blacks to choose. Jews lived in Germany and throughout Europe, and Hitler played upon ancient prejudices to blame Jews for all Germany's troubles; blacks were not part of that nor were they ever considered part of an international conspiracy against whites.
