I had trouble with my Dell laptop on Sept 11 and I called for assistance. They said my warrenty had expired that day. i found out a few days later that it was the last day but I was still covered. I wrote a letter asking for an explanation. Now they call me saying that I can't find proof that I called on September 11. That they first call I made was on Oct 1. My last choice is to ask the phone company for my phone records. They said that they can't give me my phone records without a lawyer. do i have any other options left?

Do you think that British people are more willing to question what their government is doing than Americans are? I see heaps of questions saying how Bush is a wonderful president and he's done alot to help his country. I don't think Americans can see any of their governments faults or wrong doings and will stand by them regardless. Do you think the British are more critical and can see when we are in the wrong? I do love Americans by the way and I'm not attacking you...honest!

and when all those ranting protestors get together, we carpet bomb the **** out of them?
Then get all those military vehicles out of there and send in a thousand sniper teams. Any dude that comes out of his hut with an AK47 gets nailed. Have helicopters ready on call to lift the snipers from one place to another, when they've made a "hit" so as to not get spotted.
Everyone else goes home. We can keep that action going for fifty years. Practically no military casualites and no "innocent" civilain deaths. Also doesn't tear up property. We can even claim it is not us that's doing it.

We also could parachute in a new BMW for every adult Iraqi. Then put them to work building freeways. They couldn't get out and bomb things cause thy'ed be stuck in traffic.

Also, statistics show that people who drive new BMW's don't bomb stuff. What, some guy is going to make a car bomb out of his new BMW..forgetabout it.

We might spray all the protestors green, then t shoot green guys.

I recieved a free Gold's Gym membership for life and added this package to a the new part of the gym before they were finished building it. It was $20/mth and I signed a contract but never went to Gold's Gym at all. I never spilled a drop of sweat on anything or even seen the equipment. I was sent charges in the mail because I didn't pay them and now I'm in collections. Do I owe them for a service I never used?

I just don't understand how anyone still could think that the decision to attack Iraq was a good idea as though if they could go back in history they would do it again. I have an open mind though, so I am very interested in hearing the view from those who strongly about it.

I have a question about poly graph machines. If there is a question about something and you are not sure of the answer , how do you answer? Obviously they are looking for a yes or a no.. What if you really dont know?.. Example.
Have you ever committed a felony that you were never caught for? Lets say you committed a crime in your past, but you have no idea of the laws that pertain to said crime and not sure if it constitutes as a felony or misdemeanor. How would you answer it?

Children begin playing with dolls at a young age..as toddlers. Today the parenting classes are limited to the parents who are all ready facing crimes for abuse and/or neglect charges to their children.
Nurses, as well as educated professionals will be the teachers; the method is by playing with the dolls as toddlers on up to college students on a much more professional level.
Please let me know what you think, and thank you for you opinion and thoughts on the matter.

Is it really that simple for these schmucks in office to continue ignoring the obvious and continue putting money in their wallets instead of working on ideas to help better protect mankind? Please. Someone has to step in and say......whoa!!! STOP!!! Do we want this planet in this much turmoil or is money really that important that it is makes it easier to sleep at night knowing that it's not your generation you have to worry about?

Why are liberals so willing to throw the white flag up? Was France 100% liberal in June 1940? That might explain a lot.

Let's say you were raped seven or eight months ago. You didn't see your attacker but kept having weird dreams about this symbol. One day you are at the pool with one of your friends and his boxer shorts falls a bit lower because of the water and you see the symbol that you kept dreaming of tattooed on him. You confront him about it and he smirks telling you that it you can't prove it...and insinuates that he was the one. You destroyed all physical evidence but you can swear on your grandmother's grave that it is him... you want to report it. What channels does it go through and is it possible that he may be tried? Even without any physical evidence and its basically his word against yours?

Tell me if you agree or not, but I have feeling that this is the case of fear of something worst but not true. Bush and his goons claims that if we leave now then Iraq would become total disaster but isn't it another fear tactic Bush is using on us Americans again? What could be worst than it is now if we leave, in fact I think it's more than 50% of the reason Iraq is violet because of their hatred toward our soldiers on their land. That's what Osama Bin Ladan said the reason he attacked us cuz we occupied his holy land in Saudi Arabia after Desert Storm war. There was the huge possibliy that 9/11 wouldn't have happened if we didn't stayed in Saudi Arabia after we kicked Saddam back to Iraq.

I have heard about all of these anti-muslim or anti-islam websites, but I am beginning to believe that it is all hype. Does anyone actually know of an honest anti-muslim website? I have found christian websites that say that it is wrong, just like I have mound muslim websites that say christians are wrong, but nothing overtly blatent as an anti-muslim website, just a lot of talk about them.

According to Amnesty International, more than 200 citizens have died after being tasered by the police. Many critics of tasers argue that tasers are being used on citizens very often and they are not being used as a last resort. In some cases, the police have tasered young children, senior citizens and citizens that have been sleeping. Type in the word "taser" on google, then search the news section and you will finf out that tasers are bing used to liberally on citizens.

When Iraq attacked us on 9/11/01, we responded by going to war; we responded by going to wipe out the threat that presented itself to us. Now we've been pulling troops out, and trying to fight war fairly. War is not fair. So, should we send more troops overseas to end this war with less casualties for our troops; send them over so they could quite possibly be home sooner; send them over so we can sleep in peace at night?

I signed with a new workout gym very close to my home and pay half ($150) for a 2-year contract. The gym was not finish at the time. It fell through because of the conflict with the city ordiance.

I guess they sold my membership to another gym further away.

I signed up with the new one because I can drop off my kids at the school pool that was only a half of a block away and I can go work out.

I can only workout at this time because I homeschool and do daycare all day. My husband goes to work from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Now that the other gym is further away, It is nearly impossible to attend there with my time contraint.

Now they are demanding the remaining payment of $150.

I try to talk to them on the phone. But the person on the other line showed no understanding or compassion and ratted off the clause in the contract.

What can I do?

I was thinking about bringing all 7 kids with me and go talk to the owner of gym and tell him my predicatment
