I noticed that also; But never brought it up on this forum. Many posters believe Bush was sent from God. Presenting Bush as less then perfect would suggest that God actually loves Disabled people. That is against the GOP platform. Only perfect people are in the GOP.
I also suspected from his body language he has the "9p- karyotype"
Personally I am glad that Bush is president it proves that anyone can get a good job in America.
