Children begin playing with dolls at a young age..as toddlers. Today the parenting classes are limited to the parents who are all ready facing crimes for abuse and/or neglect charges to their children.
Nurses, as well as educated professionals will be the teachers; the method is by playing with the dolls as toddlers on up to college students on a much more professional level.
Please let me know what you think, and thank you for you opinion and thoughts on the matter.

Parenting classes are not limited to parents already facing crimes for abuse. Teenagers have to take courses on child rearing and hold a certificate in order to be qualified babysitters.

Parenting classes are offered through the Health Unit, you are ordered by the court to attend these classes if you were charged with child maltreatment.

You may also attend these classes if you wish to become a foster parent, and I don't understand your "playing with the dolls" thing. There is a lot more that goes on in these classes. Students at the secondary school level are offered a course in child rearing and they do have very life looking dolls that are computerized so the teacher knows if the doll was left in a corner (neglected) or cared for, how many times it was picked up, it teaches responsibility to teenagers and just may discourage alot of unwanted pregnancies. Teenagers glorify or romantacise about having a baby, without realizing what a great responsibility it is to raise and rear a child effectively.

I say the more information there is out there to help the parents, professionals and so on the better.
