Failure to pay a traffic ticket can result in a bench warrent. Failure to appear at court for any offense can result in a bench warrent. Its always best not to let it progress that far, but if it has the question now is are you guilty? If the answer is no, then get an attorney. If your guilty, and want to get off easy , get an attorney. If your guilty and want to take responsibility for your actions, pay your fine, or do the time.
