Is it illegal for a 13yrold to threatend an adult, "I will kick your azz!"?

The kid threatens to kick azz quite often. I am tired of it. His parent does not correct him. I am ready to call the police.

Go to the FBI website and look at his profile. It states that he is wanted for some terrorist acts, but does not mention 9/11. When asked about this, the FBI was forced to admit they did not have the evidence. Knowing this why not look at more credible theories about 9/11

I'm getting tired of this Islamic version of peace! Having just read of yet another Indian Christian family gunned down by Militants.

Islamic peace means to subdue people to sharia law.

Why should the rest of us accept it!

When there is a war they go north to Canada, if its a crime, they go south to Mexico. But then they are good legal, documented people who had their jobs taken by those undocumented.

Can anyone direct me to the best sites, or site key words to search to help me find cases where our government (federal, state or local) employed deadly force? Waco, Ruby Ridge, the incident in Philidelphia (Moon?) are well known but I'm hoping to expand my research to incidents that don't recieve national attention. Is there a site I can access that law students use? An organization that compiles this information or statistics? Anything from local papers or even if you know of a case (ie In Michigan a 15 year old boy with a history of mental problems is killed by police after his parents called for assistance) you think is relevant, current or not. Thank you.

Communism is an ideology that seeks to establish a classless, stateless social organization, based upon the common ownership of the means of production. Karl Marx who was an immensely influential philosopher, and a political economist supported Communism greatly. He believed that the downfall of capitalism was inevitable, and that it would be replaced by Communism.

Not every form of society or political movement is perfect, but why does U.S. view Communism as something threatening? With the right person controlling a Communism society, do you think it will actually be better than Capitalism, Socialism and other political movements?

I am 72 years old and continue to work and pay into SS. I have received benefits for eight years. Each year my check increases by a very small amount due to my continuing to pay into SS. However, I do not see any increase due to cost of living. Last year my 96 year old mother received a very large cost of living increase; I did not see a similar increase. How can I check to see if I am receiving cost of living increases on a regular basis?

How many more days until he or she comes home? I have 302 very long agonizing days left! Everyday I miss him more and more and I will not be able to really breathe until he gets home! He is the air that I breathe, he keeps me alive. But there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Many states require new residents to convert their driver licenses to that state with X days of becoming residents. What is the penalty of not doing so? I did a lot of research online and could not find any previous cases were a driver was penalized.
