I will not typically come into your house for no apparent reason. I will come in depending on the circumstance like a 911 call where there is a history of medical emeergencies at the location. I assure you, there is nothing in your house that I care about. Now, if you have a grow operation going on, I'll back out and secure the house and get the warrant.

Only if they have a warrant. If you aren't home and they don't have a warrant then there is no probable cause. If you can prove any of this in court you have a great law suit on your hands.

They can definitely bust into your home if they have a search warrant. There are other reasons they may be able to and still be protected under the law.

If they have a warrant, then legally, yes they can. As long as they have that warrant, they can even take whatever they want to help prove whatever case they have against you.

If they have a warrant, OR if they believe that someone may be in danger inside, or if there is a flood, fire etc..they can break in for those reasons.

Search warrant in hand, it's all good. They are not breaking the law, hope you're not either.

If they have a warrant, yes. If someone inside is screaming help or the place is on fire, etc. then yes. Otherwise, not really, no.

umm i do believe that they can if they have a warrant. but i think it might also depend on what level they are at like city cops vs county cops vs state cops.
i could be wrong tho.
