Is it illegal for a 13yrold to threatend an adult, "I will kick your azz!"?
The kid threatens to kick azz quite often. I am tired of it. His parent does not correct him. I am ready to call the police.

Call and report it every single time.
They will go and talk to the kid after taking the report each time and he will have to deal with the cops and the parents at that point.
Don't let a kid bully you ever, or it will only get worse.

Call the cops and get his punk azz wrapped up in juvie charges. It probably won't make the parents pay attention any more than they do now but it might scare him into stopping. If that doesn't work, when no one is around or can hear you tell him you are going to kick his azz.

Call the cops on the little ******. Get your complaint registered. Unlike yourself, I relish such threats. I am a very nice person that hates bullies and punks. I get in their face and find out what they're really made of. If they make a move on me, the cops are already aware of the threats. Fourteen years of martial arts has helped, and they usually apologize after getting out of the hospital.

you should tell him you have more experience in a s s kicking than he does and have squished many children before with such nasty mouths. if that doesn't work then hide somewhere and when you see him throw cupcakes at him. it would be stooping to his level but who cares, he is a brat and needs to be dealt with.
tell his parent that they have no balls and need to kick their kids a s s. haha.
