When there is a war they go north to Canada, if its a crime, they go south to Mexico. But then they are good legal, documented people who had their jobs taken by those undocumented.

I suppose they head to Mexico because it's a violent crime ridden cesspool,therefore they know that if they're a criminal they will fit right in. And all they have to do is pay the right people and they're free. Of course what about the many illegals who have committed rapes,murder,child molestation,etc then run back to Mexico who the Mexican govt won't even arrest much less extradite,they all got away with horrible crimes in the US thanks to the Mexican govt,do they count in your little concept?

Because they are stupid.
Mexico is much harder on illegal aliens than the U.S. If the criminal that fled the U.S. is caught in Mexico, they will probably be tortured, beaten & robbed by the judiciales and perhaps even the federales before being "returned" to the U.S.
If you are from the U.S. it is much easier to hide out in the U.S. than it would b in Mexico.
