we were forced to work during lunch without pay. 6hrs before r first break. 18 angry employees that want their 1hr pay. anything we can do.

Yes. That is illegal. Then cannot make you work for a lunch break not not give you at least 30 mins for lunch, paid for 8 hour shift. you alre also entitled to 2 15min breaks too. Talk to a labor lawyer and get a class action law suit going.

Contact the hour and wage commission, and lodge a complaint. What is being done to you is illegal. You are entitled to compensation for work performed. This is the law. It is illegal for your company to make you work during lunch, and not paying you so that they can make more profits. Contact the Hour and Wage Commission, fight, and get what you have coming! If there is a Better Business Bureau you can report it to them or you can report it to the state labor people.
