Hi, my daughter has been in bootcamp for about 2 weeks. We have only gotten one letter from her. I would like to know what she is going through. (Worried Mother, can ya tell? lol) Her recruiter said that they go to bed at 10pm and get up at 6am. But we all know that some recruiters lie. Is she really able to sleep through the entire night? What does she do all day? Anyone that has recently gone through Navy bootcamp or anyone that knows anything at all, I would REALLY appreciate ANY and ALL info I can get. Oh one more thing. Does she need for us to send her money? I know they have that fake money to use at the PX place. But is $150 enough? What can she buy there? As u can tell I just want any info I can get. Thanks in advance for your answers

Stay the course has not worked. I also hear talk of withdrawl. What happens though when we withdraw and and the kind of genocide that Rwanda and Sudan has seen occurs? Do we go back in all over again or do we sit back and allow the genocide to occur like we did in Rwanda during the 90's and are allowing now in Darfur? Should we instead not pull out? If not what do you suggest we could do differently than we are doing now to make this work?

Another neighbor caught the dog in the act and after about five minutes I found out about the killing. If they can be held liable what should I do?

Example- it's not against the law to deposit $ into your family members accounts, a few hundred to Mom, more to your adult son & daughter, some in your wife's individual account- All at different banks under others SS#. Total for the week is $12,000 but spread out it's not even noticed as connected.

Do this for 3 years+ and no one transaction is illegal but if combined they would be structuring, correct?

At what point would this appear to be a crime? When does it cross over the line to conceal lots of cash?

Okay, in this THEORETICAL case, Timothy Allen is the president of the Racial Nationalist Party of America at the University of Massachusetts. UMASS has a "speech code" policy that limits the meetings and distribution of printed materials of anti-Semitic, anti-gay, and white supremecy groups to "free speech zones" on campus. UMASS RNPA planned to post an issue of the "White Voice", their newsletter. This issue contained inflammatory statements about the Jewish religion, made allegatiosn of a connection to the 9-11 attacks, and included a digitally produced image of Jewish student Jason Weinberger in Palestinian garb. On a tip from a student clerk at Kinko's, the university leared of the plans and when they found a stack of the newsletters in the lounge of Allen's dorm (which was outside of the free speech zone), they expelled Allen.

For my simulation case, I need to argue why the free speech policy is a violation of Allen's First Amendment rights. So far, the reasons that I have are:

maybe it is a bit simplistic, but iv been researched for about 2 hours and i can't find an answer!! something other than.. they didn't know about it because it's reported in many places that they were told. So was it something to do with power, or lack of resources, or they didn't believe it... there were after all media reports going out.

Thanks for any help.

Okay here is the continuing saga of what happened. No I wasn't there when it happened. But In the girls testimony she even said he didn't touch her in any unappropriate way, just made her feel uncomfortable. That is why I don't understand the whole charges about sexual incecency with a minor. Like I said, yeah he should be labeled a cheater because he is married, but I don't think the law should label him a sexual offender expecially since he has a clean record, a steady job, a baby on the way and the fact that she even said herself he didn't try anything sexual or touch her in any sexual way. Should someone that just turned 18 be labeled the rest of his life because of poor judgment?

Okay so about 2 years ago, our neighbors began to make an extreme amount of noise. They wouldn't let me or my mother sleep and if we turned on the tv or radio they would bang like maniacs. Police were called on several occasions our landlord was warned still nothing happened, but they stopped for a while. Fast foward to 6moths or so ago. Our car was mysteriously scratched and banged up, tiers were popping. We didn't blame them at first but soon the noise and the nuisance returned louder and worse than before. This time me and my mother banged back and things only escalated once again police were called and landlord was called. Still nothing was done due to the fact that they said we couldn't prove it was them but it was other neighbors even said they say! and out property was still being destroyed. They bang and stomp around all hours of the night. And today when my mother was walking outside the kid from upstairs (18yrs)told my mom to go f' herself he called her a ***** and threatened that something would happen if "we" didn't leave them alone. These people have some serious issues and we are in the process of trying to move so what do we do now?? This cant go on until we move help is desperately needed.
