On the heels of the Iraq war, Michael Moore went on a tirade at the 2003 Oscars, calling President Bush a "ficticious president," and shouting "Shame on you!"
Bill Maher was fired from 'Politically Incorrect' after 9/11 for saying that the hijackers weren't cowards, but those who lob missiles at them are.
Kanye West shocked the world, and especially Mike Myers, by declaring "George Bush doesn't care about black people" during a Hurricane Katrina fundraiser.
Johnny Depp, who lives in France, drew heat when he said: "America is dumb, it's like a dumb puppy that has big teeth that can bite and hurt you, aggressive."
Maggie Gyllenhaal, who eventually starred in Oliver Stone's 'World Trade Center,' got in hot water for saying America "is responsible in some way" for 9/11.

No! I most definitely would not endorse them or their products! I believe in freedom of speech, but I also believe in respect for YOUR country! If they feel so strongly about their convictions, maybe they should move to a country that supports their views. Those same people who publicly disrespect our nations leaders would be outraged if the same were done to them.

Nah. I don't like to support people who are completely arrogant and believe that they can do a better job than everyone else. I'd like to see Johnny Depp get up there and be the President of the United State. They all might as well move to France with Johnny and stay there.

This from someone who's screenname is "Ann Coulter rocks!"
At least none of the above ever advocated violence against conservatives, unlike a certain little blond pundit who suggested liberals are best taken care of "with a baseball bat," and that we need to "physically intimidate liberals, by making them realize that they can be killed too."
Oh, and Mahrer is a libertarian, not a liberal. Biiiig difference.

I prefer to think for myself. Might as well add Cindy Sheehan. I thought she was fighting in a noble manner, but when she linked up with Chavez she lost any respect I had for her.
But on the flip side, would you buy products from Toby Keith and Britney Spears, simply because they agree with your point of view? That's the core of your question - they don't support the administration. Why is their point of view any less valid than Toby's, Britany's or yours?

I kind of agree with Gwyneth Paltrow to a degree. I'm not saying Americans are big fat dumb apes, but overall, if you compared both our populations, what she is saying may be true.
But it could have something to do with how enormous our country is and how many different cultrures, peoples, and different ways of life are depending on your region.
This goes for Canada and Australia as well, but not as much so as America because of our diversity.
So there is some truth to her statement.

I would watch their movies, I would listen to their music (except I don't care for country and hate rap), because I appreciate their talents in those fields.
I do not care about their politics anymore than they care about mine.

Ann Coulter is one of the dumbest people on the planet. She can't even put a clear sentence together, have you ever looked at her books. I've seen better writing in a freshman composition class.
