Okay here is the continuing saga of what happened. No I wasn't there when it happened. But In the girls testimony she even said he didn't touch her in any unappropriate way, just made her feel uncomfortable. That is why I don't understand the whole charges about sexual incecency with a minor. Like I said, yeah he should be labeled a cheater because he is married, but I don't think the law should label him a sexual offender expecially since he has a clean record, a steady job, a baby on the way and the fact that she even said herself he didn't try anything sexual or touch her in any sexual way. Should someone that just turned 18 be labeled the rest of his life because of poor judgment?

C'mon are you serious?

You are just waiting for the answer that you want! Yes he deserves what he gets. Sexual Harassment is still Sexual Harassment no matter how old they are. Again, he is 18 years old lifting up a 15 year old girls shirt? You have got to be kidding me. Obviously you are blind by what your friend did!!

What you are doing is selective listening... You are only listening to what you want to hear and not the facts!!

** This is not normal 18 year old, Boys will be Boys stuff. Stop defending the guy you wish to date because he is no good. If he learns from this then that is a plus but I garantee you he won't. You remind me of all the women who are getting beat up by their husbands or boyfriends and never leave them because their "love" for eachother is too strong!!

Grow up!

Just Iifting someone's shirt up just over the belly button does not constitute sexual assault. (It would technically be an assault because there was unwanted contact there.) There is more to this story that you know and are not telling or that you don't know.

If he said "Hey baby let me see your t*** as he was pulling up her shirt then yes, it would be a sexual assault. If he was her teacher or babysitter at the time it would make things worse too.

All crimes are the result of "poor judgement" and as he is an adult he will have to live with this the rest of his life. Let's hope he learned his lesson.

If the alleged victim is saying nothing happened, then why is he in trouble with the police? If I had the whole story...?

the definition of "statutory" means you don't have to have touched anyone. Don't get in situations where you may be suspected of haveing done something weather or not you ever did.

I don't know the whole story. You should elaborate. Is it possible he exposed himself or said things he shouldn't have? Did he have other graphic material, showing porn?
