killed thousands not to mention the torture?? This kind of stuff gets my goat these politicans and dictators live in luxury at the expense and murder of the working and expect a big funeral with dignitaries glorifying them with lies,what a waste.They fail to realize that death is the great equalizer and they are no stranger to death and should know that so who really gives a rats behind,just dig a hole and dunp him in it or feed him to the fish. For me i've ask my family for just a simple cermony & grave site in the country with a simple marker..I'm glad i'm just a simpleton and a nobody or i might get to thinking that i'm better than everyone else and deserve everything i can get from them to waste it on me and let them suffer at my expense.Damn how do they live with themselves??

I've been on probation since March for possession of a controlled substance. I was arrested and put on probation in one county, and transfered to another since I had moved by the time I was put on probation. Recently I had to take a UA and I know I failed. I've had a couple of friends fail UAs, and they didn't get their probation revoked, they just had to do more stuff (attend meetings or go to counseling, etc) but my question is when my P.O. sees that I failed, does he automatically have to transfer me back to the original county and then they decide to let me off the hook or send it to the judge for revokation? My current P.O. hates me, but I've only met my P.O from the other county once and I know they'd just send it to the judge and I'd go to jail.
Also, I have to do drug counseling as part of my probation. I don't have to go to my P.O until January 23, but I see my drug counselor on December 6th. Should I tell him, or pretend like nothing is going on?

After having a whiplash injury from the car accident in September, I've had a lawyer company dealing with it, provided through my fully-comprehensive insurance by my car insurance provider, as a part of my policy.

I'm getting the impression that this lawyer seems to be "scrutinise" me, rather than HELPING me & pointing me in the right direction as what to do, etc. in order to maximise the financial gain from the insurance company of other driver.

Is it normal that such lawyer DO NOT help their client & they're ONLY interested in getting the case sorted out by whatsoever amount they manage to get, as a compensation, from the insurance company of other driver ??? If I'm NOT happy with her now OR not happy with the compensation amount she manage to get off the other insurance company's provider, is there an option THEN to find ANOTHER lawyer (perhaps, on "no win, no fee" basis) & let this new laywer redo the entire compensation process, AGAIN ???

In my opinion no crime was committed, at 14 i was old enough to know what sex was and the results of not using a condom, i think that they should just lower the age of consent to 13 like they did in Japan.

Why do Americans make such a fuss about Iraq and yet nobody has any beef about our troops being stationed in Korea (for more than 50 years now)?

Wouldn't withdrawing our troops from South Korea virtually eliminate any conflict we have with the North?

I'm not necessarily advocating a withdrawal, I'm just curious to get other people's opinions.
