they found 2 marajuana seeds on me at school,idk whats going to happen to me now :( does anyone know what they will do? can i jus pay a fine or something

Check out of this life style now. You will save yourself alot of trouble. It will only get worse. You are young and still have a chance to live a good life. I urge you to face the consequences what ever they may be and knock it all off from now on.
The ends to this are not worth it.

Marijuana seeds are not illegal. So I would say it's up to the school to decide in the long run. The seeds do go against school policy. You just have to see what it says in the handbook. I am sure they will be classified as possession of marijuana.
You can buy pot seeds in magazines such as High Times and all that. So I doubt it's against the law to have them at school. Besides, pot seeds are not a controlled substance. They will do nothing to you unless they are planted and grown.

Well you could be kicked out of school for a length of time. you could be arrested because no matter what some on here may say marijuana seeds are illegal. Your parents will be notified and no I dont think its as easy as just paying a fine or something.

I got caught having marijuana seeds mailed to me, if they were in your personal mail, the cops can't do anything. As far as school is concerned it depends on what county (CA is more lenient on marijuana charges) you are in and how your school deals with drug charges. Maybe just suspension or saturday school. If you are under 18, usually they send you to "teen court" and the school does nothing, I guess it depends on the state. I've dealt with worse underage charges....don't sweat too much, you'll get through.

depends on your school policy and the state laws. You should have received a school handbook at the beginning of the year - you should reference it.
Stay away from drugs - drugs are for losers.

Expelled.possible jail sentence drugs are not to be within 1000 feet of any school buildings.Seeds are considered a form of drug.
