The term, "separation of church and state" is not found in the constitution at all but was instead written in a letter by Thomas Jefferson to a group calling themselves the Danbury Baptists. How then can schools get sued on the grounds that they violate this when it is not in the constitution?

Nagasaki was bombed only three days after Hiroshima hardly allowing the Japanese leadership time to acess the damages caused by the first bomb even without accounting for the effects of the elctromagnetic pulse on communication.
Did we originally plan to drop both bombs to se the difference of effects of both types of weapons ( Uranium, and Plutonium) ,or worse yet did we kill 75000 men women and children to show the Soviets we had more than one and intimidate our then ally?

Isn't this prevelant attitude itself extremely racist and discriminatory toward whites, how are race relations ever expected to honestly make any kind of headway fight racism with racism?!? or reverse discrimination? I think being an educated poor white male that current attitudes and "politcal correctness" on racism only breed more hate and discontent, you don't treat a minor cut with an amputation! I understand americans of african descent have a higher standard of living in america then thier racial counterparts anywhere else in the world! One could look at this and say slavery was the best way for africans to achieve thier highest standard of living? The pendulum always goes way to far the other way!

Can a father sign the rights over to a child and not have to pay child support in the state of Indiana? Does the mother have the option to say no? The man isnt even listed as the father on the birth certificate and she has another boyfriend that she has the child call daddy. The situation isnt very good, and honestly the best thing is to break ties all together, the father of the kid wanst to terminate rights and break away completely, is this possible?

My sister and I were mugged a couple of nights ago right outside the gate to my student house. Although I screamed, nobody paid any attention. I've heard that both Mace and pepper spray are illegal in the UK, but what are you supposed to use when the police are useless and screaming just makes noise?

In a supply and demand curve, total demand is never, ever satisfied. All products are supplied at some level on the supply and demand curves. The ideal for business being the equilibrium price. Some times, we have "good" people that supply commodities like housing at an "affordable" price, but, again total demand is never satisfied.
Wouldnt you agree with me that if total demand for "physical needs" which are food, warmth, and water, was fully satisfied, then, like air, there would be no price, hence NO SCARCITY (because the reality is there is no scarcity, there is an abundance of land which lies unused). and more importantly at the bottom levels of "poorer" countries, no starvation of lifes physical needs. Dont you think we need to create a divide between those goods that we do not die from, if we are short of them, and those goods that we dont die from, if we do go short.
