Larger ships will have a full time Chaplain on borad(carrieers, Control Ships). Samller ships will have an RP aboard.. kind of like a lay person that can pretty much do almost everything a priest/minister/rabbi/imam does.

Having been a chaplain's assistant, I can tell you that large ships will probably have a bevey of chaplains representing several denominations.
However, smaller ships may have none at all - there was none on my ship.
Don't let this bother you though. If the chaplain on your ship happens to be a Jew, he is trained in Christian ceremonies and any protestant chaplain can conduct a Catholic service.
The relationship you have with your god and your religion is sacrosant to you, and it is what is going through your mind that is important insofar as your denomination is concerned. Taking that as an axiom, if a Baptist conducts a service for a group of Catholics, your celebration of the Eucharist will be intact.

Chaplains are of all different denominations.
As far as I know,
depending on how large the boat is some have chaplains, most don't they stay on base.
