I am taking someone to small claims court who owes me my $1500 deposit on my apartment (an ex roommate) but i have no physical address to send the court summons to. All the information I have is a few phone numbers, name and company that he owns, but he works from home and a new office that is not on the website and I believe is not registered. He also bounced a check, but it was from his brokerage firm and not a personal check... anyone know a way?

This is a letter from my soldier; While at BAF we watched a Fallen Comrade ceremony…the street was lined with warriors from every branch of the service…the weather was chilly and dark…and then came the open-ended humvee with the flag draped casket in the back. We watched as someone’s son, brother, father, husband made there way towards eternity…the emotions are hard to contain and it was so moving to see everyone out there, standing in solidarity, in the cold saluting as the fallen hero passed. Not a word was said…just the silence of angels welcoming home a brave soul who gave his all for the freedom that so many enjoy. Another Gold Star banner to be hung in the home of a great American family…Another flag that will be folded and presented to those he left behind…Another champion of the helpless welcomed by the Lord on this solemn day…

My experience is that near every US Military base, especially on US soil,, there are many business that seem to do nothing but prey on young Enlisted people with terrible "deals" on junk replete with high interest, not to mention those blood sucking payday loan places.

Does this bug you? What kind(s) of scams do you see that are common pitfalls for young Enlisted?

The Scots-Irish and English were the first people to settle in the US, and, wouldn't it be interesting to add a state? The IRA wouldn't be able to rebel against our military, and they wouldn't be much of a threat, their country would be a better economical place if they belonged to the US. It could mean better trade and quite possibly lower taxes for us.

I do know that it was changed, but what was the exact reasoning behind it?
Was it because there was to much fighting, or because there was a poll that showed there were more males without property then with, ect.
(This was in the past, so don't say I am against women voters or something stupid like that! Okay?)

One argument I've heard from conservatives time and time again is that illegal immigrants are given unfair advantages such as free/reduced tuition, driver licenses, etc. But when most illegals work hard for a ridiculous wage and generally receive no education, wouldn't you say they deserve an extra "push"?

I was doing a research on war and politics and I came over a few words that I did not get. Like in the Vietnam Wars, the term domino theory was used. Can you explain to me who invented the term when and what it is? also the Checks and Balances system in our government. I have the slightest idea of what it is. I appreciate all helps.
