Ahmed Nadim, 47 became Crown Court recorder in 2002. His sister Samiah is married to crime boss, tobacco smugggler and VAT fraudster on a massive scale, Asad Hussein Chohan, 37 who half way through a trial at which he admitted to VAT fraud of £5.7 Mn. skipped the country and is thought to be in Pakistan.

Samiah Ali Chohan last week was found guilty of being involved in the crime syndicate her husband ran with his brother and a book keeper and of money laundering involving purchasing a £350,000 property. She received 80 hours community service.

The property involved was bought by Recorder Nadim but he said he did not know it may have been acquired earlier with crime proceeds.

It seems that purley for propaganda they used Communism as a nice face to mask thier writhing serpants of Totalitarianism. It seems ludicris to me that everyone has been calling thier goverment Communism when it was clearly not. I mean, wealth didn't even come close to being distrubuted evenly. Hardly anything was paid for since it all went into the military budget. These are not signs of a Communist goverment, at leas not the text book of Communism.

So my real question is why call a pretty rainbow a terdstorm? Has America been drinking too much of it's own hubris?

soon there will be a smoking ban in all of ohio. however, i heard that as of december 7th, people who own a family business can get past the law. For example...i know of a family owned strip club...and the owner says that he will be able to get around the law because its family owned...he started it and its not a franchise?! is that possible?? I would like to know....i think it should still be smoke free because its a public place....but then they say if u pay a membership its considered a private club so u will be able to smoke..

" From now on, the people who control money will run the world with only one objective--to make money. If it becomes necessary to overthrow governments in order to do so, then governments will be overthrown. This is the new ideology, so powerful that it is the only one permitted. No opposition will be tolerated. The free market now translates into unrestrained dominance of the rich over the poor, the strong over the weak." ( Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, quoted by Reuters, attacking "new capitalists.")
