I work for this company they really dont like me. At time i cant work overtime. Would it be right to fire me because i cant work overtime. ALot of guys at the job cant work overtime either and they dont get into S*** for it. But I get into S*** because i cant work overtime, and i have to or "I" will be fired. DO anyone see that as fair?

No it's not fair. If you can't find a way out, start looking for a new job. There's no law about OT, other that you have to be paid tiem and a half for it.

Check with your state's Wage-and-Hour Division, or any right-to-work agency. They can probably tell you whether or not you can be fired for refusing to work overtime. Many states are "free will" states, though, that allow an employer to fire someone for any - or no - reason at all. -RKO-

They probably don't like you because of your awful sentence structure? Grammar being a close second...
