Most of use have heard of the conspiracy theory about September 11th, at leased in the U.S. You Know that one about the U.S. government attaching U.S. soil to go to war with Iraq to get more oil. Well if you've heard of it do you think it makes any sence or more importantly, IS IT TRUE? Give your opinion!!

Let me tell you a story about a guy named Michael Moore who had a dream - a very bad, untrue, fabricated and exaggerated dream. He made a movie called Fahrenheit 9-11, which was based on half-facts and outright lies. However, he made it into a movie, falsely called it a "documentary", and because it could make money during an election, was granted distribution through a movie distribution outlet that wanted to make a lot of money, and very fast.

Since we have a bunch of liberal activists who hated Bush anyway, this was the perfect vehicle for these people to:

1. Do the research on their own and decide if the facts were true OR
2. Sit back, watch the movie, and blindly accept every premise that was offered.

Since the US has a population raised on TV, guess which happened? (Here's a hint: Nobody went to the internet or the library - it was apparently much easier to just be a sheep and repeat the propaganda)

Since Fahrenheit 9-11, these "facts" have been brought up, debunked, but it seems that nobody on the left bothers to learn anything. It's not "all about oil".

It's about terrorism, Islamofascism and fighting a war.

Bush chooses to fight a war on THEIR land, which I agree with. What these Moore-heads forget is that terrorists brought the war to America, and we are working to make sure that doesn't happen again.

So no, "War for Oil" is not true.

Untrue theory.
-Why would the government attack it's biggest military installation? Americans supported War on Terror right after Twin Towers were hit. The Pentagon being hit would not have influenced anyone's anger even more.
-Why can't theorists put together how everything connects in those theories?
-Why would the Israelis have to do with it? Their only big support is from us, and if Americans turned on them, they would be in trouble.
-Why were surveilance videos relaesed, showing the hi-jackers at the airports on 9/11?
-Why were ticket desk attendents be able to go on TV and describe what happened that day, without falting and trying to think of descriptions?
-If Bin Laden was working for the government, why would we almost kill him twice in raids?
-Why would the government want to start wars? It just costs them money.
-Why would childhood friends of bin Laden be able to aduquately describe how he got influenced to become the violent person he is today if he does not actually exist?
-If bin Laden is fake, why does he have a ton of family members with the same last name living today?
-The websites of these theories flip flop. Some say there were people on the plane, and others say there was no one on the plane that day. If there was no one, why are there people who can prove they lost a family member that day, and why do these sites glip flop?
-We hated terrorists before, as they blew up part of the USS Cole years back, and that angered many people as it was.
-We have hated radical Islam actually since 1979, when American hostages were hed in Iran, and many Americans would have supported a war then on terror.
-Why would we need an excuse to invade Iraq, when we helped Iraq in their campaign against Iran in the 80's? Many people say that Bush Sr. Started the Gulf War over oil, but if he wanted oil, Saddam would have happily given it to him, because of our previous dealings with him, and our support of him.

See whatI'm saying? I once believed those theories, but they always flipped flopped, and none of them explained how every terrrorist event in part of this so called "conspiracy" connected. You are not a fool for believing these theories. You are just suspicious of the government, as many of us are.
