He married his second wife in Peru two months before the judge finalized our divorce here in the U.S. He is now seeking a divorce from her, however, I am curious if he can invalidate the marriage by stating he wasn't divorced before he married her. If he does this, will he be charged with Bigamy? Would it be better just do go through the divorce procedure in Peru and not say anything about the other divorce not being final (he's the only one that knows, she doesn't)?

This has been bothering me, so maybe someone could explain this. Why is it ok to try to impeach a president because he got a bj, but it would be blasphemy to bring charges against an administration who lied to start a false war which has killed thousands of young men and women in the prime of their lives? It just doesn't make sense in my head. That's my opinion anyway.

years ago, I heard a guy on the radio say he had just come back from a long visit to Germany. He noticed in everyone's home, the bathrooms, i.e. toilets, where always located right by the front door. He asked a friend why and was told that there is a law in Germany that says if anyone comes to your door and asks you to use the WC, you have to let them in. So they build their homes accordingly. Can someone confirm this is true? My niece just went to Germany so I asked her to check on this, but of course she couldn't be bothered. I asked a coworker who has friends in Germany, and they too have noticed the convenience located by the front door, but did not know about any laws. This is a mystery that has bugged me for years. Anyone out there know anything about this?

The fact is, even though we have not been attacked since the "War on Terror" began, only a fool would not recognize that our nation is more vulnerable to attacks than ever before.
With most insurgents and terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan being uncontained, it is actually a wonder that there have been no attacks yet.
Our government can't even seem to do anything productive for the defense of this country, let alone offense.
Bush's incompetence is leading to the high possibility of another 9/11...but even worse this time!

How far would $300 billion gone for health care here in the U.S. and what about those who tout " we don't have the money" for health care? If you could would you have rather chosen health care for Americans over spending in Iraq?

I heard that if someone owes you money & if you take them to small claims court, if you win the case & judge grants you what you sued for that doesn't neccessary mean you'll actually get paid by the person you sued? In other words if they don't have the money of if they just refuse to pay you not even the court can make them to?

In my opinion, just because he may have good intentions, doesn't mean we shouldn't be upset with him for giving us the worst foreign policy fiasco since Vietnam.
I've noticed all diehard Bush fans seem to respect him just because they feel he is "trying his best". In reality, I do not even believe he is trying his best or he would have changed the course a long time ago as promised when he said "Sure, we need to change the course if the course is not working."
I think people need to face facts and just realize that he is too imcompetent to bring us to victory in Iraq.
