try one it weill be a scare tactic they will scare ya then give you a chance youll get as many chances as judge is kind but you quit is a good idea really dont know why push it though

That would depend on the Probation Officer & the Client. My neighbor just got a dirty test & was given 60 days in a drug rehab facility. He violated the rules by not attending morning counseling sessions because he slept in. He then was placed in county jail for 2 weeks & released with a full time served because his rehab violation was not drug related! Next time, according to him, he goes back to finish out his full sentence in jail & doesn't get a second chance at rehab. Some people can adapt & others cannot!
