I saw a police chase once where the cop ended up ramming the suspect into an innocent guy's car. This guy's car got banged up pretty badly so I was wondering....does the city pay for the innocent guy's damages since it was the cops who actually damaged his car?

Also, if you are hit during a police chase by the suspect himself, do you have any recourse other than filing on your own insurance? (I'm assuming the douchebag running from the cops doesn't have insurance of his own).

who is the real traitor Benedict Arnold or George Washington to the world washington of course there is nothing worse for a man to serve in the military for his country and go against his mother land and the US is worthless pile of overrated pile of rubbish they say they helped us beat the nazis wish in reality Russia took on 70% of them. PS George washington= VIn LAdden he did the same thing served in the US millitary and betrayed it like George washington. My question is why are Americans a plegue on the world. immigration should take care of the people rather than exploit them.

We were induced into a fraudlent contract based on false advertising. We had product changed from the original contract. I am not going to get an attorney since it is under the Small Claims Court limits. The product was defective as well. Can I get my original deposit back based on breach of contract? Not sure what the legal terminology is to get deposit back. Please help !

Following on from my last question, I contacted the police about my brother. He came to my house again last night complaining that the police had spoken to him. He threatened me and my wife and I hit him. He has just phoned to say that he has informed the police and is pressing charges.
What can I expect to happen now, am I in a lot of trouble?

Ok, Anyway when im at the bus stop in the morning the 15 year old kid always asked me for some money ( About 5 dollars to fudge off )
Or he will beat me to **** as he did that one kid He broke his arm
The police don't give a **** because their probably smoking crack with Saddam and Osama Bin Laden Ok, maybe not that far but they dot do their job's point blank

Let's say you're on a road that has a median and you are in the left hand turn lane in the median trying to make a u-turn (it is ok to make a u-turn here). There is a car right across from you (if you were turning left they would be where you would turn into) and this car is turning right. So you are both watching the same traffic waiting for your chance to go and you are not watching each other. If you go at the same time and hit each other, whose fault is that?

This is a serious question. Does an abrams tank have a cd player in it? If not why the hell not? Nothing would beat cruising in the desert at 50 mph listening to house or trance....in an abrams.
